Protection of personal information (“Information”) is a fundamental individual right which is important to Catalyst EP as well as to the businesses of our clients and associates. Catalyst EP uses all efforts to securely store and keep private all Information that is provided by its clients in accordance with the National Privacy Principles (set out in Schedule 3 to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)).
Collection of Personal Information
Catalyst EP may collect Information about you or your employees. Information includes any information that may identify you including your name, phone number, email address, qualifications, education and employment history, professional memberships and accreditations.
The Information may be collected in various ways including through consultation or meetings, participation in surveys or questionnaires.
Use and Disclosure
Information collected by us may be used to:
a) communicate with and provide services to you or your employer;
b) send email in relation to products or services that may be of interest to you or to advise you of industry updates and events. You will, of course, be able to unsubscribe from these communications should you wish to do so; or
c) improve the quality of your visit to Catalyst EP Website.
Catalyst EP may share your Information with:
d) your current employer; and
e) third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including, without limitation, providers of psychometric evaluations or competency tests, mailing houses, marketing, distribution of surveys and fraud prevention. Your permission will be sought when Information about you is intended to be disclosed to third parties (other than those referred to above), and you will be able to decline that request.
Catalyst EP has controls and procedures to ensure that Information provided to us remains confidential. We do not sell or trade Information, or allow third parties to use Information for their own purposes.
Security of Personal Information
Catalyst EP will use its best efforts to maintain the security of the Information it holds. It is our policy to destroy Information once it is no longer necessary for us to retain it.
Access, Correction and Concerns
If you have concerns about how we are handling your personal information or its accuracy please contact us and we will try to resolve those concerns.
We may ask to verify your identity and for more information about your request.
If requested, will provide you with access to the Information we hold about you (unless there is an exception which applies under the National Privacy Principles as set out in Schedule 3 to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)).
Any costs incurred in providing you with the Information will be to your expense.
